Elsewhere Hookah Lounge

A purple-and-gold website, QR guest capture and a review funnel for an after-hours lounge.

The venue

Elsewhere is an after-hours hookah lounge on Cesar Chavez, open until 5am on weekends. After about eight months open, it had strong reviews but no real website and no way to bring guests back after a big night.

Where it stands

Ongoing monthly partnership. The goal: turn first-time guests into regulars, and push a 4.8-star rating with 146 reviews toward 4.9 and beyond.

What we built

  • A purple-and-gold website built around DJs, events and the lounge's female-owned identity
  • Event flyer designs for weekly nights
  • QR check-in that captures guest names and emails for return-visit offers
  • A QR review funnel that rewards guests for leaving a Google review
  • Business cards redesigned with a review QR code
